Sleep

It is late at night

The darkness is so deep

I'm lying in my bed

And want to get some sleep

Next to me are some pills

That wait for me to drink

My doctor gave to me

Their colour is light pink

My life is full of stress

And I want to relax

My girl is very far

You know that is sucks

An owl yells outside

And it just starts to rain

Uncomfortable in bed

I feel a lot of pain

So I managed to drink

Some water with a pill

To cure my insomnia

And sleepy I could feel

And then my pain stopped

And I could close my eyes

I started to dream big

Dream big of fields and skies
